  2. warranty and guarantee information pertaining to use of the 
  3. software, and limitations which govern this software. Please read 
  4. this file carefully. By using this software, you are agreeing to 
  5. become bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to 
  6. these terms and conditions, do not use this software, promptly 
  7. return the entire package to the place where you obtained it for 
  8. a full refund.

  10. REQUIREMENTS: 
  11. PC:   Windows 95; Windows 3.1+.

  13. GETTING STARTED: 
  14. Windows 95:   Most of the systems should start the CDROM automatically
  15.               after you insert it into the drive. If your system
  16.               does not have this capability then click on START, RUN,
  17.               BROWSE. Choose SETUP2.EXE from the CDROM folder.
  18. Windows 3.1+: Using Program Manager, click on FILE, RUN, BROWSE. 
  19.               Select your CDROM drive letter and choose SETUP2.EXE. 
  20.               Then follow the instructions.

  24. The software and data on this CD have no guarantee of 
  25. any type whatsoever. CD Titles does not advise nor recommend use 
  26. of any program or application software included on this  
  27. CD-ROM. By purchasing this CD, the user agrees that CD Titles will 
  28. not be held liable for any damages, including lost profits, 
  29. savings, or any other incidental or consequential damages  
  30. arising out of the use or the presence of any data orprogram, 
  31. or the inability to use this program or any of the programs 
  32. from this CD, even if CD Titles has been notified of the  
  33. possibility of such damages, or for any claims by any other 
  34. party. Our only warranty is limited to this actual CD-ROM: it 
  35. is deemed to be free from physical defects for 60 days from 
  36. date of purchase. If it's defective, CD Titles will replace it

  45. This disc is licensed to be used on a single 
  46. stand-alone workstation. It may be used on a network as long 
  47. as only one workstation may access it at a time. Under no  
  48. conditions can this CD or any of its files be placed on a 
  49. BBS. It may be physically loaned (as in a public library) or 
  50. rented.
